Changing Modem Configuration

Hi,
I want to change the Internal Modem Configuration (like
Service Provider, Account name, Password, Telephone Number) through my
program . I was thinking of modifying "com.apple.internetconnect.plist"
but it doesn't store all
the information.
So where does System Preferences store all these information ?
Can I change this information
either by
1. editing plist
or 2. Programmatically using carbon interface or by apple scripting ?
Any help ?
