source for the traditional Mac OS version of ICParseURL is available

Look for the function ICCIParseURL in the file "ICURLHandling.p"
The Mac OS X version of ICParseURL works in a very similar way
(written in C of course!); note that the code to launch a URL is
completely different on 9 and X).
