And also, if you let me ask:
my NKE is going to have a controlling process - i want to implement it
as a daemon, which starts when the system starts and displays some
interface when its icon is clicked in system tray.

I am wondering, if i necessarily need a separate daemon (in addition
to this autolaunched agent), to fork-exec kextload?
kextload needs to be executed by a superuser, thus i need to elevate
my agent's credentials. Daemons are run as superuser by default, if i
am not mistaken.

Could i do that using Authorization services maybe?
