For what it is worth, we did a full matrix of our FxPlug plug-ins and in general found no problems, though there are a couple issues with Motion 4 that we need to address.

Both our FxPlug and plug-ins from Red Giant and GenArts aren't loading.
Motion won't even launch on my system so I'm afraid I can't test that.  The
plug-in of ours is the same bundle that came off a MacPro running 10.5 and
FCP7 where the plug-in works fine.

I upgraded, I did not do a clean install.  I know that upgrading is
generally not recommended but I like to try it because I figure that's what
most users at home are likely to do.  Should I remove FCS and reinstall?
