Making this even more difficult is it is discouraged to install FCP7 and
FCPX on the same partition.
But why would anything in FCPX interfere with an existing FCP7 install
in the first place? FCPX is installed through the AppStore. Surely it is
bundled up as a self-contained application according to the AppStore
guidelines? Right?
