We are still waiting on a fix for this issue, Joe. The AppleTV can't be pulled from power after the profile is installed, or ethernet must be present. If there's currently a third option that makes this easier, I'm not aware of it.
If you have called it into AppleCare (which is the thing to do, even if it is "piling on"), then send me that case number directly and I will escalate.
