[Rockies-Edu] iTunes U Public Site Manager support

On Monday, March 4th, AppleCare turned on a new web support form for iTunes U Public Site Manager. The form is located at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes-u/public-site-manager/. This allows you to get support when you have an issue with the Public Site Manager directly from Apple, and removes the old step of going through your SE.

For customers that haven't signed up for iTunes U, the enrollment is here.
