Since updating the iWork apps to the most current versions in Apple Configurator every time an iPad is plugged in to receive the updates we can no longer open the iWork apps on the iPad.
On the iPad it is asking for the Apple ID of the itunes account tied with Apple configurator. If you hit cancel it just closes the app. If you enter in the schools itunes password the app works, as well as all the other iWork apps that are not working. It's not practical to enter the apple id into all 650 iPads just to get pages, keynote or iMovie working again.
Does anyone have any thoughts? I called enterprise support but their solution was to either unsupervise and resupervise all of the iPads (not happening) or enter in the password to unlock the apps. They didn't know why it was happening. If the apps are installed as new everything works fine. It only looks like when the apps are being updated.
