Removing the profile in Configurator got our Overdrive to work. Socrative, however, is still not working. There’s no longer a “restricted” message, just a blank white screen. I’ll consider that “progress” but still not completely solved.

Hi Joel,
Where is the "restricted site" messaging coming from? Do you have a screenshot? Assuming that the message displays in a browser from your filter, it sounds like a network filter configuration issue, in which case I recommend escalating to your filter vendor
for support.
Ideally you could test these sites with a network that completely bypasses the district filter to begin and isolate the issue. An easy way to do this (assuming Global Proxy isn't installed on the device) would be to take a device that displays the failure
home with you and test on your home network.
