Just because the devices are assigned to the same MDM server does not mean the MDM server is providing them the same enrollment profile. I'm not familiar enough with AW to say how you can inspect your DEP enrollment profiles :-/

yes they are all in DEP, and like I told Weldon it works on some of our devices, but not on others. They are all enrolled in the same DEP using the same AW account. I am sure I am missing a step, just not sure where to look :(

Lately most of these devised will no longer go to the build back from icloud screen, just goes straight to the log in screen for Manitou. If I have a student that needs a replacement, I can no longer just easily build it back from the cloud, I have to built from iTunes and that is not always possible, if an ipad is dead and I can not do an itunes back up.

I have called AW, but they are not sure what's going on. Any suggestions. I would love to have this fixed.
