Even if you do install 1.4.2, there are apple provided instructions
(for ProjectBuilder, may also work for XCode, who knows) on how to
force your WO project to use an older-than-most-recent JRE version
for compilation and execution. You may want to take advantage of
those instructions if you want to install 1.4.2 for other purposes,
but don't want to use it with WO because it is not qualified.
The 1.4.2 install overwrites 1.4.1. After you install 1.4.2 there is no
1.4.1 to point your projects at. Also, any extensions or class files
that
you have in the 1.4.1 lib will be gone. You will need to reinstall your
classes12.zip to connect to Oracle, etc.
And don't forget that the update installs without the Javadocs. You
need the 1.4.2 from connect.apple.com to get the back.
