Eclipse/WOLips can function as a replacement for ProjectBuilder, but
WebObjects Builder and EOModeler do not have their functionality
replaced by Eclipse. And they are quite useful software, without
which my productivity, anyway, would be seriously reduced.
But I don't now anything about what does or doesn't give Apple
incentive to do anything. It's generally a mystery.

or, you could say, "judging by the support of WOLips and the
fact it exists, there is *NO* need for WO tools on other platforms"
... I'm not making any value judgement, Mac vs PC, except to say the
existence of WOLips provides no incentive for Apple to enhance its PC
tools.
