So, maybe the plug has a problem creating the sequence. Did you try
creating the sequence yourself and seeing if the problem goes away?
Nope. Either the plugin uses a sequence or not. When the plugin
doesn't work, I notice in the EOF SQL output that it's not even
looking for the sequence. It's looking for EO_PK_TABLE!
