Ahhhhhhh.  No way!  I went and looked back at the iShacks example.
There is a WOComponentContent in the LayoutComponent (the
LayoutCompoent.wo page).... So I added a WOComponentContent to the my
HeaderComponent page I have and wala, there is an open area now in the
LayoutCompent.  Thanks Colin!

Man, that was too easy.... Kinda like leavin' a ; off of code or
looking at the picture of the old lady er no it's a young woman.  You
ponder the puzzle and get some hints and the proverbial bucket of cold
water on the head finally wakes the brain up... :)
