No, I didn't.

That's my guess. Uninstalling correctly can be very difficult. You might want to look in /Library/Receipts for anything suspicious. However, the WO 5.2.4 installer probably wouldn't have known about the WO 5.3 installer package receipts, so it's probably not looking for such receipts.

Art, you're a genius! :) I uninstalled WO again and then checked / Library/Receipts, where I found an undeleted receipt for WO 5.2.4. I'm guessing it left a record of it's failure, which never got cleaned up. I removed that and was able to install 5.2.4 over Xcode 2.0. Now I'll try upgrading to 2.2, just because I want to see what happens. ;)
