Hi List,
We have always coded all our *.wod and *.html by hand, and have not
touched WOBuilder since 1999! It is simply NOT an option as it does
not support the (D)HTML complexity we need. Even to this point, 90%
of our components would not load correctly into WOBuilder. I think it
is a nice tool for beginners, but definitively a hindrance for more
advanced WO developers.
So all WO Software developed by WebAppz, including 1TRACKER, is hand-
coded - roughly 500 components.
Greetings,
Dennis Gaastra

wow - I'm surprised people actually use WOBuilder.
I gave up on it a long time ago - starting writing the .html / .wod
files by hand.
Much faster, much more control over names of the WebObjects tags.
Not to mention that it totally can't handle WOComponentContent and
doesn't know what do with
<webobject name="fooBarString"/>
vs
<WEBOBJECT NAME="fooBarString"></WEBOBJECT>

Yes, that is why I wanted to see if I could get the old one running.

Hi,
The new WOBuilder is unudable, full of bugs, try to rename an
element, all the bindigs will be lost....
often binding are mixing in components...
apple should release a patch

Whoa! What did I type? More coffee. I meant WOBuilder. The
new WOBuilder is a tad irritating in its present state.

You mean instead of XCode's built in jive?
I went into XCode preferences and changed the file type
association for emodeld files to EOModeler and it not longer
tries to handle them itself.
Is that what you meant?

Has anyone found out how to make this work?
