#1 Guess at the problem ... What Connector/J driver are you using? DO NOT use 3.1.XX ... use 3.0.XX.

#2 If that's not the problem. Did you pick the correct one for your architecture (Intel, PowerPC) ... there are different downloads?

I have used mysql a lot and never really had any probs with EOModeller connecting or any application problems.
Now I get an error:
Unable to connect to any hosts due to exception: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 45
Any ideas?
