Substitute "irrelevant" with "not applicable" if that's clearer.

True, if your copy of OS X includes Xcode 2.1 or newer. (OS X 10.4.0
shipped with Xcode 2.0, which did *not* include WebObjects.)

What are "deployment libraries"? The deployment tools (JavaMonitor and
wotaskd) are included with WebObjects Developer. They're written in Java,
so technically they should run on any platform. We also give you the C
source to the adaptor plugins, so you can recompile those on your favorite
platform.
