Well, to get started, I would suggest to checkout the test app.
You need in the thunk of the svn repository at:
http://www.intellicore.info/wox/repos/
WO-side: Wox4j and WoxMovies
Flex-side: Wox4f and WoxMoviesClient
and a standard Movies database (I use Frontbase).
Here is the same project online(movies database) :
http://pallas.homelinux.org/app/WebObjects/WoxMovies.woa
In the WO project, there is a Flex.eogen file that will generate the
client-side .as classes from the eomodel(s). After generation, there
is an Ant script that will rename the .java generated classes to .as.
You can move them to your flex project.
I might give you more hints in a separate mail and I will add them to
the project homepage.

There is eof-like stack that ease the developement. For EOF
developers, it is a matter of minutes to learn the APIs.
Now, it is not intended to be 'as EOF as' EODistribution you can
find in JavaClient. Therefore, there is no relationship management
(addObjectToBothSide, etc), for example. At least in the trunk.
Now, there is version that works with EORelationship management in
another branch in progress.
If you think that you can fill your needs with WS, Wox is worth the
try. If you feel closer to a JavaClient solution, then Wox is
probably short on features.
