Pascal, I seriously doubt it's a possibility that OS X ships without JVM ..... try to keep the thread intelligent please    ;-)    :-P

... and even if Apple did not compile the JavaVM, er, I am sure it would be a short time before an installer is available ..... we would have to install it like all the poor Windoze folk have to do :-)   ..... os x is unix-ish after all. Some interesting links:
