Yes, I did see the AjaxLongResponse example.  My component (GetUsers.wo) uses EGWrapper.  How do I call this from my main component?  I would still need to get the status of the thread right?  Since the parsing happens in the appendToResponse in the EGWrapper component, how do I get the status.  Maybe I'm looking at this wrong.

The second option of displaying a progress bar, of a percent value would be even better.  What would be the indicator for the status?  I basically fetching a large amount of EO's and what to convert them into a excel.  Ideally I would like to show progress on the fetch and the parsing.
