command not found

ok, now finkCommander installes binaries without errors, but when I type the app name in X11 terminal, I get command not found in almost all installed applications?

what applications can I run with X11? can I run GNOME or KDE applications? if not how can I install those?

I see lots of packages to install GNOME, is there a single download for GNOME or KDE?

Finally, where can I get OpenOffice and other nice unix applications binaries and how can I install binaries that are not listed in finkcommander?
