Because X11 is something that most Mac users haven't even HEARD of, much
less actually use.
I'm quite confused as to why Apple even bothered making their X11 port.
I applaud them for doing so, but I was frankly very surprised that Apple
would do something so geekishly cool.
I bet the whole X11 project is just one or two or MAYBE three folks at
Apple having a little pet project...
