Once you've installed KDE and the theme/style at:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=154
Using the KDE Start Applications pop-up menu Select:
Settings --> Control Center --> Window Decoration
Check the box for 'Use custom titlebar positions'
Select the 'Button' tab and follow the instructions given:
To add or remove titlebar buttons, simple drag items between the
available list and the titlebar preview. Similarily, drag items
within the titlebar preview to reposition them.
Position the X - [] to the left of the title bar and you have the
acqua titlebar.

Hmmmm.... this is interesting, no?
Maybe Apple's Aqua is just a modified X-windows system, and the
quartz-wm runs on both X11
and Aqua.
It doesn't really look exactly like Aqua. In fact, it doesn't
really look much like Aqua at all. The buttons are wrong, the menus
are wrong, the fonts are wrong. Aqua has nothing to do with
X-windows. Quartz-wm is just an X11 window manager that uses Quartz
to draw its window borders and whatnot.
