But the fact remains that the product/application *is* called X11.app,
and just like people don't talk about iTunes.app but about iTunes,
people talk about X11 instead of about X11.app. It's true that this is
not 100% semantically correct and it can be confusing to some people,
but it's hardly anything worth holding a flame war about imho.
