I've uploaded from my 10.2.6 backup volume the file
/System/Library/Extensions/IOUSBFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleUSBKeyboard.kext/Contents/Info.plist
You can find it at http://www.ed.ac.uk/~meng/
(Incidentally, this only differed from the one provided with 10.2.8 in
that CFBundleVersion was 1.9.9f6 instead of 1.9.9f4)
