Thanks very much for the technical advice, it worked!
I found and removed the text from the com.apple.Terminal.plist file as
well as the previous line with the execute command associated to it.

I know that Fink is trying to install the KDE package automatically,

It is probably stored in your Terminal.app preferences. How you
managed to get it there is hard to guess.
b) How can I disable this message
Remove the preferences file
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Terminal.plist or edit it and remove
the reference to that command.
