X11.app Applications menu: multiple commands?

Many apologies if this has been asked before, but I did try searching the list archive with no success...

Is it possible to create an entry in the X11.app Applications menu that will run several commands? I tried separating them with a ';' but that didn't work.

What I'm trying to do is
xterm -e /sw/bin/civserver & ; /sw/bin/civclient

I've tried simpler versions like
xterm & ; xterm
but that only opened one window.

I know I could very easily put together a shell script... but it seems a bit of a pain if I only want a temporary solution.
