Hello Group

I want to run gimp as a photoshop substitute in our school, I run a suite of 50 g5's and an xserve. Gimp works, however users have to launch x11 first then Gimp, I would like them to just be able to click Gimp and then have x11 automatically launch as it does when I install on local accounts. Any ideas?
