The X11SDK.pkg is on tour cd1 at

XCode Tools/Packages

the X11usr.pkg is at the same cd in the folder

System/Installation/Packages

I installed all and everythig went fine!

This is normal, the package on the Apple site is for Mac OSX 10.3.

You have to find the X11User.pkg on your system DVD and install it. It
may be hidden in some folder like "Optional installs" or something, but
it is definitely there.
