Slightly OT, but is someone working on the unrelated-to-X11 issue with
bash not sourcing .(bash_)profile in Leopard? Heck, just running
"bash --login" hangs forever.
I think it would remove a lot of the confusion I see in this thread if
this other bug weren't interfering with the topical one.
