Not sure if Martin has already sent you an email address, I will send
you one in a private email in a second.
I just wanted to note that on my Fedora system I have:
/etc/X11/xinit/
/etc/X11/xinit/Xclients.d
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/xim.conf
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/none.conf
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim.conf
/etc/X11/xinit/Xsession
/etc/X11/xinit/Xclients
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc-common
/etc/X11/xinit/xinputrc
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/xinput.sh
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/xdg-user-dirs.sh
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/localuser.sh
With xinitrc-common being sourced by xinitrc, and all the files ending
in .sh in xinitrc.d being sourced by xinitrc-common. I personally like
the idea of being able to drop files into a foo.d directory to extend
the behavior of foo.
