Newer software already installed, so I can't install X11

I am trying to install X11 to be able to runn ies4osx on my mac. But when I run the instalation procedure for x11, I am told that I already have x11 installed on my computer. When I try to install ies4osx, I am told I need x11.

 

Does anyone have a sugestion for how I can solve this problem, or an idea what this newer software can be?
