X11: problem with minimization of windows

Hi, after some system update I have a strange problem with X11.app.

If I minimize any X11 application, it's icon will appear in the dock
as usual, but then it can't be unminimized anymore...
nothing will happen when clicking on the dock icon
and this happens only with X11 application

anyone experiencing this?
any advice how to fix it?
