What is your 'defaults read org.x.X11' output?
Don't know where to find that
Just run that command from your shell...
, but - using the keystrokes I was able to get it out of full-
screen mode. Once that was done I was able to get to the X11
preferences and unset that option. Don't know how or why it got
there. I've never used it and had no idea it was even functional,
let alone what the keystrokes were to undo it. So now that it's
not running full screen it's working fine as before. When did full-
screen become functional?
It became "functional" in Tiger, then was removed in Leopard and
was readded in either 2.3.2_beta2 or 2.3.2_beta3.
I tried with no preferences in place, and X11 starts up in rootless
mode, so you must've had rootless=FALSE in your preferences
somehow... /shrug
Where are these set?
Either using the defaults command line tool or X11->Preferences
