well then what is this:

ps x -p 327 # if you restarted, or this shows nothing, replace the '327' with whatever shows up with the above command when you run it again
or
ps x | grep X11


Maybe try killing 327.

Can you please email me your system.log (offlist so as to not spam everyone). Do the following:

pbcopy < /var/log/system.log

Then just paste into an email to me.
