Hi,
I recently did a software update (June 3, 2009) for Mac OS X Tiger
(10.4.11) running on a Mac mini (PowerPC). I noticed that some X11
libraries were updated. However, I no longer get a xterm opening
automatically after starting X11. Using the Console, I see the
following messages:
Mac OS X Version 10.4.11 (Build 8S165)

XFree86 Version 4.4.0 / X Window System

Is there some way to resolve this, i.e., to get xterm working again?
I have tried using open-x11, but this generates the same error.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Sincerely,
David Holmgren
