It's been a long time since I've used a WM beyond the default, but I
thought that most WM had their own init files that they could use to
launch process once they were up and running. Am I misremembering my
Linux/X11 days and it was really a function of X11 initialization that
started all programs, or did some WM specifically have this capability
(blackbox/fluxbox being among those that did I thought)?
