I guess this config is fine, take a look in my terminal. Do you think it can be
caused because of current Update of Sierra and XQuartz is not updated since
october 2016 ?

On your local machine, what does "echo $DISPLAY" print? If it's not like this,
you need to check your .bash_profile and .profile for DISPLAY= lines.

/private/tmp/com.apple.launchd.(random stuff)/org.macosforge.xquartz:0
