Crashes in 1.1

Xcode 1.1 final routinely crashes whenever I attempt:
1. To use the contextual menu to open a header or source file in a separate
editor window; and
2. To use the contextual menu to print an object in the variables pane in
debug mode.
Xcode 1.1 and Mac OS X 10.3.2.
This was also happening in the last couple of Xcode 1.1 betas under Mac OS X
10.3.1.
This makes debugging pretty hard.
Is this seen by others? If not, does anybody have an idea of a quick fix
(trash preferences file, or whatever)?
