OK- my bad. I was setting the build settings for the *project* build
style settings, not for the *target*. When went back and did Project |
Edit active target, and turned on debugging info there- et voila. I can
now debug.
One thing about XCode there is about a dozen places where you can set
build styles and compiler settings. It's *way* overkill as far as I'm
concerned. Oh well I suppose some people utilize all of it.
