Xcode 1.1 Tools update

There is an Xcode 1.1 Tools update on the Apple Developer site. If you click the Download button you get an FTP site where there are 21 parts to be downloaded. How does that work? Do you have to download each part separately and then somehow assemble them together? Any help would be appreciated.
