I agree with all those who have argued for a name change of the files on the ADC for the XCode IDE update and the full set of developer tools.

It is true that the distinction is documented in the Read Me files, but the problem is that the names of the products are so similar that I did not even download and read both Read Me files, because I thought they would be the same file!

I definitely advocate calling the downloads the "XCode IDE update" and the "Developer Tools CD".

But I presume ADC Select and Premier members will get a copy of the CD soon enough in the next mailing (anyone know when that will be?). For me with the cruddiest 56k dialup connection on the planet, think I'll be waiting for the mailing...
