Add this info to the bug. This seems odd (and possibly a red herring) since all that default does it track which version of the release notes that you have read (so we only bring up the release notes once).

If those lines exist when Xcode launches, Xcode won't load projects.

If those lines do NOT exist when Xcode launches, I get the release notes for
