Please file a bug and attach the bad plist file.

It appears that it is a problem with the default com.apple.Xcode.plist file
created when I launch Xcode.

If I delete that file, I can open projects again, but if I quit and relaunch
Xcode without first deleting that file, I can't open projects.

I know that most of the Apple people are probably not available for the next
couple of weeks, but at least I now know that I'm not insane -- and I have
an easy way to reproduce the problem *at will*.

If anyone wants to look at that plist file, let me know.
