Perhaps if someone who's an Xcode power user would write a small
document on a workflow that works for you some of us PB-heads might get
a better perspective :D As with any new UI, users will attempt to use
it like the old UI, which is almost never the best thing to do. I
agree with the search field comment, but it took me forever to let go
of navigating by hierarchy.

The new UI really lives or dies on the use of the search field. If you
like the search field and use it, then I think the UI becomes very
powerful. However, if you don't use the search field then you may be
happier just collapsing the project window to just show the group view.
