That solved my problem. Will dig in the documentation to find out about
this native project thing and see if it doesn't break anything on the
java side.

The problem is that the target in the Java Tools project template
isn't a native target. You can upgrade the target and get access to
the Rules tab (Project->Upgrade Target To Native) but I don't know if
you lose anything by doing that. On the plus side, I know that in the
C/C++/Obj-C world you can only get Zero Link, Fix and Continue,
distributed building, etc. with native targets.
