Got My developer CD, installed and ran all the updates that I could find, no problems.

Tried building one of the example projects, and now I'm having a problem...

trying to build ANY of the example projects gives Me an error `cant locate file for -lcrt1.o'

This is unfortunately a common problem with Xcode 1.1. It's due to a conflict between the installers for various updates, I think.

The easiest solution is to reinstall Xcode. Then again, if you're going to do that you might as well get a newer Xcode release. :) Xcode 1.2 has been out for a while now, and Xcode 1.5 was released today. You can download whichever release you want from <http://connect.apple.com/>.

Hope this helps,
Eric
