That's a library used by Zero Link. When that last happened to me I
had to go and uninstall the developer tools using the Perl script on
the CD then reinstall the tools and check off all the SDKs and
compilers to make it actually work.
The proper solution, I know not, but I'm guessing it's a missing/bad
SDK install if the file is actually there and "gcc -lcrt1" doesn't
report "not found" (but a list of other errors...).
*sigh* It was a bad day. :(
If you care not about Zero Link, just turn it off in your project
properties and move along, but I live and breathe by it so that wasn't
an option. :)
