I had problems when I tried to download the XCode 1.5 installer segments.  A
click on the download link would flash the ftp URL in Safari's navigation
bar, but that's all that happened.

Finally, I remembered that I had disabled the FTP URL handler (using the
Default Apps preference panel) after a recent security alert.  Download
worked fine after I restored it (remapping FTP handling to Finder).

Just a reminder, in case others may have done the same.
